"Time on my hands"

Sense I have a wealth of time on my hands starting Friday, my goal for the summer is to get a life do stuff. Here are my Summer goals

Loose Weight- We joined a gym, securing the final nail in the Yuppie urbanite coffin. I was a bit skeptical about whether or not I would actually use it- until I visited the place. Classes are included in the price of the membership, and I should be good about going to a weekly class. Also- the tredmills/excersize machines are all equiped with individual TVs. Sense one of my issues with gyms in the past was that I've always found them boring, problem solved!

Remember how to Cook- Luke has been cooking about twice a week, and I've been cooking none. I tried the other day and realized that I've forgotten how to cook! I'm sick of eating out so much, and sense I'll have every morning free there is no reason I can't put something together every day. I really liked cooking to, so hopefully I will again.

Get involved in Church- We've been going to a Church on and off the the last 5 months. I'm working very hard at not jumping in and getting involved- and I didn't have the time. Now I do though. I like the pastor and his wife a lot- but I liked some of the other ones who turned out to be bigoted manipulators too, so I'm taking it slow. I do miss playing though, maybe I'll be ready by the end of the summer.

Go to the Park- There is this awsome park near me. It's on a hill and has a bunch of staircases and fountains cris-crossing it. It's kind gothic looking, which I think it way cool. Hopefully I will be able to bring a blanket and a book and connect with nature (or as close as I feel the need to be).

Become a little graceful- I'm taking the summer off from tap class and have decided to take the Adult Ballet class instead. Kendra's stoked. I'm a little hesitant about it- but I figure that it might help me become more graceful, which I would love to be.

Prep for the Fall- My baby classes start in the fall. I have to work out the curriculum, buy the supplies, decide exactly how many classes and for what age group.

So much for my life of leisure.......
